Resident Services provide support to our residents to achieve maximum resident satisfaction. Utilizing the AppFolio process and tools to maximize efficiency in resident communications. Consistently achieving client and company goals while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. We are looking for a a self-motivated, aggressive professional ideally with two years of customer service experience. Computer literacy as a must. Excellent understanding of company systems and procedures is also a must.
