Regularly assign tenant work orders and city/county violations to Smart Asset Realty (SAR) maintenance technicians Communicate with property owners as necessary regarding property citations and/or work orders seeking approval-specifically fire code violations and code violation orders Coordinate SAR maintenance techs and 3rd party vendors to achieve tenants and city violation as work completion Utilize AppFolio

Resident Services provide support to our residents to achieve maximum resident satisfaction. Utilizing the AppFolio process and tools to maximize efficiency in resident communications. Consistently achieving client and company goals while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. We are looking for a a self-motivated, aggressive professional ideally with two years of customer service experience. Computer literacy as a must. Excellent understanding of company systems and procedures is also a must.
