A self-motivated, aggressive professional ideally with two years of customer service experience. Computer literacy as a must. Excellent understanding of company systems and procedures is also a must.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from tenants, owners and prospective clients
- Run in the field as needed. Notice new properties, assist appraisal’s and inspection
- Data entry
- Scan documents to AppFolio
- Learn each of the following department’s processes and procedures
- Rent Collections and Evictions
- Maintenance Scheduling
- Customer Service
- Finance and Accounting
- New Property and Tenant Onboarding
Work Traits-Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service
- Data entry experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Excellent communication skills
Requirements
- Answer inbound calls is the first priority
- Resolve inbound calls or direct calls to the appropriate department
- Enter move out notices from tenants and communicate with leasing agents
- Scan documents to AppFolio
- 5-day work week schedule preferred but not required
Compensation
- Hourly wage based on experience
- Minimum 20 hours per week
- 90-day review with pay increase based on performance
- Full time position available
