Our Rental Process
We make the process as simple as possible. When you are applying to be a tenant, you can expect the following:
- 1. View Properties
- 2. Find one you love
- 3. Fill out an application
- 4. Provide proof of income
- 5. List references (previous landlords only)
- 6. Complete a credit and background check
- 7. Set move in date*
Once you are approved and set a move-in date, you are nearly all set! Depending on the type of property and what is in your utility agreement information, you may need to take some additional steps before your new home is ready for move-in.
